We do our best to always send the same cleaning technicians. It's the most efficient, but we don't guarantee it. We are managing the needs of our employees and our customers which are consistently changing. If an alternate cleaning technician is sent, our team will have access to detailed information about your preferences and requests to ensure the consistency of our services.
No, but you can stay at home if that's your preference. You can leave a key in a safe place or interest us with a key door or garage code. All house keys are properly secured.
Our company provides all the necessary equipment. All cleaning products are provided by the customer according to their needs.
We choose only the best! Our cleaning technicians are experienced, trained, careful, reliable, and honest employees. We keep a close eye on our teams and if they don't love their work and care deeply about their performance, they won't stick around. We encourage it! Special instructions will enhance the cleaning experience you receive. However, you must communicate any special instructions directly to the office so that we can place them in the permanent notes section of your file. This makes your notes available for any cleaning technician who may be cleaning your house in the future, as well as a reminder for your regular cleaning technician.
In order for your space to live up to our standard the first cleaning off takes longer than subsequent visits so we can give your space the deep cleaning it deserves and meet your unique home needs.
We clean Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Rescheduled times with an arrival tolerance of one hour.
If a routine cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to reschedule your cleaning. Excluding: New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We work many federal holidays. Unless you cancel the service, you can expect our teams to arrive as scheduled.
No. We trust in the quality of our services. On the day of your visit, you will receive all necessary information and all customer guidelines in your e-mail.
